I looked at GraphX, but I'm not sure what its status is for Mac OS X 10.6.
Core Plot, <http://code.google.com/p/core-plot/> looks like it has more
active work being done on it, so I might give that a whack.

Sigh, I know graphing isn't glamorous, but seriously, it's one of those
things that people do. A lot. I can create a spinning cube with video
playing on each face easier than I can create a simple line graph. That's
messed up.
