Ah, that’s a different issue then. From what I can tell, the tricky part with exif is that some of the code you need may not be part of Cocoa, in which case AppleScriptObjC can’t use it.

It looks like NSBitmapImageRep could be of use to you, however, it looks like exif support under that is only for JPEG files. You may have to find a third party Cocoa library and try to use that.
