Pricing is definitely not a taboo topic for me. The reason it's a bit higher
than some other eBooks is simply that there's a very small market for it, so
it's just not going to sell a lot of copies. I suppose as a Mac user I'm
used to that, but I've always been happy to pay a bit more if I think
something is worth it.

But I can say in all honesty that the economics of the whole project just
don't add up, and wouldn't even if the price were considerably higher. I
didn't really want to write this book -- the problem was that it appears
no-one else did either.

And although it's a little more expensive than some (not just Michael) would
like, I'm not sure the actual amount involved is going to cause anyone any
long-term hardship.
