Hi Shane,
Many, many, many, many thanks for the book. Just ordered and downloaded.
About Apple: it's shameful that after more than one year don't exists an "official" documentation like that.
But Apple now have mind in iPad and iPhone. Apple don't have time to remember simple developers.
