OK, I've worked it out, I was using the plural of addObject, i changed it and every things OK.

Sorry folks, but i'm still trying to get this old brain wrapped around the nomenclature.

and the tell theArrayController to addObjects_(anEntry) failed, but setting this…

tell theArrayController to addObject_(anEntry) worked.
