If I'm following you correctly, this kind of thing may possibly be handled
on a limited basis using "do shell script" a la TN2065, I think. I'd be
interested to know just how many levels and what degree of "interfacing"
might be impossible with the new obj c implementations in AppleScript
triggered through "do shell script". It might quickly go deep enough to get
you bogged down for years, though, sort of like in that Leonardo (DiCaprio,
not Da Vinci) movie :) .
