You don't call notifications -- you register with a notification centre to
be sent them. You can also implement "on WebViewProgressStarted_(notif)" in
a delegate of the WebView.

But WebView has several more specialised delegates with lots of useful
methods, and chances are you will want to use one (or more) of them.
