Someone has suggested that shane, I was half way through testing that last night, but hit a few hickups then got tired.. If and when I sort that out, I'll post my result. But I assume that's used by just putting in the parameter of your title..? 

selecteItemWithTitle_(strValue)   --> strValue being the the title you want to target?
