I've reinstalled Mountain Lion, and my projects now save pretty much instantly, so I think i did have a problem in that regard.

However, in the error report, I'm getting the attached message.

Trouble is, I've done a Find on my project, and there's no FullyRandomlyFlag anywhere. How could this be happening only when I copy and paste the properties?
