Need advice on icon problem please

This is a bit off-topic, as it appears to be an Xcode problem, but here goes.
I've spent a whole day drawing and re-drawing an icon for my latest app, but when built, it won't display the resolutions over icon_32x32@2x.
I've started from scratch 6 times, using the only two sRGB settings in Photoshop, and have been meticulous in using the correct icon names and sizes, and don't get any build errors.
I've also re-built the App from an new file, and copied all the resources across except for the images folder and it's AppIcon, which I rebuilt.
I've even re-installed Xcode on the remote chance it could have been the problem, but the Apps icon is still fuzzy
I've got another App on the go, and it's icon is fine.
Has anyone else struck this before, and/or could suggest a remedy please?
