I doubt that there is. it's intrinsic to a particular button's style, I'd guess.

I'm not sure what you mean. The properties and methods of buttons are listed in the documentation.
I haven’t installed "ASObjC Runner”, but will using it somehow allow me to get the keys of an object?
No. Leave it alone; it's discontinued.
Go back to one of my books and read about valueForKey:. Or look up key-value coding.
