Console.app in Sierra beta

I haven't investigated this very thoroughly yet, so excuse me for being impetuous. Console.app has had a facelift in Sierra and I can't figure out how to display the log messages from my Cocoa AppleScript apps. Nor, actually, can I detect if they are being logged at all.
