Is this operating differently in Sierra?

  • Subject: Is this operating differently in Sierra?

G’day Scripters.

Following Shane’s updated Explored 5 advice I have removed some ‘displayIfNeeded’ lines, and replaced them with...

my doEventFetch()
windowAssistiveAccess's makeKeyAndOrderFront:me
fieldAssistiveAccessAdvice's setStringValue:displayDialogAD
my doEventFetch()

Trouble is, they simply don’t work! The window (a secondary one) is not displaying,  before, or now.

I’ve re-built all bindings, and tried activating System Events, no go!

Anyone have any thoughts, please?

Regards

Santa

And what, you ask, was the beginning of it all?
And it is this......
Existence that multiplied itself
For sheer delight of being
And plunged with numberless trillions of forms
So that it might
find
itself
innumerably
