Thank you both very much gentlemen.
However, I waited for some time without a response, so gave up and created
extra columns for the 8 values in each row, as per Shane’s ebook. Inelegant,
but works. I far rather would have gone with 8 columns and 8 headers, instead
of 16.
Recorded for Posterity, however, in case someone else needs the answer.
