Apple User Group Bulletin - September 18, 2006
......................................................................
Dear User Group Leader,
On August 31, 2006 the user group community lost a great volunteer,
leader and a friend. Jim Foster, Apple User Group Regional Liaison for
Canada and President of Macintosh Users East, passed away after a long
fight with cancer. Jim was very dedicated to the user group program,
developing relationships with each group in Canada. Those of us who
had the opportunity to interact with Jim at Macworld events or online
will remember his kindness, humor and positive outlook on life.
Rick Ortiz
Apple User Group Regional Liaison Team Leader
and members of the Apple User Group Advisory Board
