Hello again,

Michael Rogers.
Rose Lynn is proud to serve the Macintosh community in a variety of
capacities, including Past President /Ambassador of Gold Coast Macintosh
User Group in Miami, Board of Directors/Membership Chairman of Florida
Association of Computer Users and Member of two committees of
Association of Computer User Groups, a Vice President of GCMac and Team
MacEmissary of the Southeast Regional User Group Conference (SRUGC). A
charter member of the current Apple User Group Advisory Board and
instrumental in creating User Group University, Rose is always available
to assist any user group in further their leadership activities. Day

and maintaining Insurance and Real Estate licenses.
Michael Rogers is the Founder and Current Chair of the Southeast
Regional User Group Conference. After serving 4 years, Michael is now
the Immediate Past-President of the Atlanta PC Users Group. Michael has
been using PC based computers since 1980. The last Apple that he used
was the Apple Iic that his mother used. Michael has been active in user
groups since 1989 and has served as Newsletter Editor, Web Master and
Program Chair for the Atlanta PC Users Group. Michael has spearheaded
regional cooperation among several groups in Georgia, Alabama and North
Carolina sharing programming and resources.
As Michael states, "Working together is the best way for User Groups to
extend their limited resources and attract the attention they deserve."
Then who better to chat with about "Working Together: Regional User
Group Conferences" ? Login and catch the enthusiasm - it's contagious,
you know!
Share your thoughts and ask your questions by pointing to
http://worldwithoutborders.com or
http://wwbchat.com/login/index.shtml.
Remember to begin the login process a little before show time as it
takes the applet a few minutes to load. Once you login, if the promo
link does not work for you, just scroll down, bottom left of the same
page, and click on Apple Connection from the room list.
TIP: If you have trouble logging in, please dump your browser cache,
then restart your browser. Lots of work has been done on the chat server
in the last two weeks or so.
Help me spread the word! Just forward this email to *anyone* you'd like
to join us, but please forward in its entirety (so people can fuss at me
if something is wrong!).
You'll certainly want to keep an eye on
http://www.mugcenter.com for all
that good stuff that Chuck Joiner keeps in one neat and tidy place for
all of us. I remember to thank him for all his hard work and hope you
will too!
See you Thursday night!
smiles
Trish
