I understand how you feel. I am a lone reviewer for my group. I know that
some groups hold on to the registration cards until the review is complete.
Do companies keep track, You betcha. No review, no more software. Adobe has
records that go way back. There are groups that won't get review software
until John Smith finishes his Photoshop 3 review. But John moved out of the
area 3 years ago...
