I have set up programs for 4 different user groups over a period of about
12 years (total) and rarely have had a last minute cancelation. (Adobe
once, when the engineer's son became involved in a soccer tournement -
PowerComputing, when Bob Levitus left them unexpectedly, and a couple of
no shows.)
It pays to always have a backup program planned. I have traditionally
used an Stump the Experts panel, or a panel giving their favorite
shareware apps. Have also setup, but not needed, one on utilities.
