Randy is right, big clubs need big facilities. Sometimes the answer is within
the group. Knowing the resources of it's members in important. Maybe there is
someone connected to a Junior College or University that may have the
computer resources and a vacant auditorium one weekend of the month. They may
also be looking for people who can teach Mac classes. You have some great
teachers. That may reduce costs and increase your membership.
Think also about the larger hotels that have banquet rooms and AV equipment.
Another though, beef up your SIGs. Get your people interested in these groups
and then have your general meetings quarterly or every other month.
Just some thoughts.
