They have turned on the negative screen option in the Universal Access
system preference... very stupid of apple support not to know this.
Go to System Preferences
Click on Universal Access (bottom right)
Click the HUGE button that reads Switch to Black on White
To switch with the keyboard use control, option command and * all at
the same time

Changing his monitor settings did no good. Restarting did nothing.
She obviously changed some setting but he has no idea what.
Any suggestions short of a clean reinstall for him.
