If you are able to login under your past registered account, that should
help. If you can't, then contact the ASW support at email@hidden.
If they have no record of your group being in their database, then go
back to the ASW site and register your group anew. Just make sure that
you don't have more than one person registered as the Ambassador for
your group. That is sure to mess up the works. And also make sure to
log in each month (every other 30 days or less).
On another topic, Ambassadors have been notified in the last days that
there are some online tools available at the ASW site for each MUG's
ambassador to learn and share with their UGs -- presentations, online
tutorials and classes. Sounds like wonderful opportunities for UG
Ambassador leaders. If you are the UG Ambassador, take advantage of
these tools. If you are a MUG leader and someone else is listed as the
ambassador, I would recommend and remind your leader to learn and share
these with other leaders of your group...and members as well!
Garr has also announced to those currently listed ambassadors,
that each MUG with a registered with a MUG
Ambassador can have the option of a FREE ".Mac" account to use on behalf
of their user group. This is wonderful news!! Our MUG is so thankful
that Apple is indeed listening! Thanks to those who worked to bring
this about on behalf of the members of NCMUG-OH!
