Is this so even if I want to print from Classic applications, with a

USB printer, for instance?
As I understand it, the way this works is that you turn off all the
extensions and control panels in Mac OS 9 that Mac OS X handles (firewire,
usb, printersharing, etc.) and let Mac OS X handle this.
So far this has worked very well for me.
You should learn to use CUPS for your printer sharing. This has been
getting RAVE reviews in Charlotte!!!
Just installed Jag today here's my short list of what is missing from Mac OS
X 10.2 off the top of my head (but I am *SO* happy that we have spring
loaded folders back):
1. Grid spacing adjustment!! We need to be able to have tight staggered
grids in our Mac OS, damn it!
2. Printer/CUPS should be in the system preferences where it belongs!
3. Gosh, can you (Apple) speed up your act with Mac OS X? Mac OS 9 installs
in like one fourth the time dudes!
My best,
Randy Marshall
