In the email I sent to all Ambassadors (USA, Canada) you will notice an FAQ.
Please read the FAQ carefully. You do not need to make a new account
necessarily. From the FAQ:
Q: Our group already has an iTools account. Can the free account be
converted to the existing account?
A: Yes. Upon receiving your .Mac activation key via email, you will
receive instructions on how to either create a new .Mac account, or
convert an existing iTools account.
If you already purchased a new .Mac account, we can not refund your money
(as stated in the FAQ as well). Sorry.
Also, I have received emails from people saying they forgot their ASW ID and
PW or that what they have does not currently work. Please write to ASW about
that directly. This was mentioned in the FAQ also (see below). Remember, if
you do not log-in to ASW every month or so at least once, the account will
become deactivated. ASW is deep and wide, you should be logging in at least
once a month.
Q: My question has not been answered in this FAQ. What email address
should I use to send questions to?
A: If you are your group's Ambassador, but forgot your log-in ID and
password for the ASW site, please notify ASW at: email@hidden
If you want to change the Ambassador for your group go here:

If you lost your ID and Password for editing your group's information on
the user group locator admin site, contact us at: email@hidden
