I checked the question, "What's available outside of the U.S. and
Canada?" on the same page. Little or nothing was heard of these topics
I listed above.
The answer I got last time was "nothing". User groups (at the time at
least) came out of the marketing budget and, for the UK at any rate,
the marketing budget was better spent on cocktail sausages and free
booze for teachers who couldn't buy Apple kit anyway.
I'm really hoping Apple in the States can do a lot for its global
groups. Of course I'm also on good terms with some folks at Apple
China.
