Personally, I think maybe Stone Software had their lawyers write IDG
about using the "Create" name without paying mucho royalties.....
(Stone Software publishes a title "Create" for OS X. They registered
"Create".

done a better job checking out the "Create" name before so boldly
inserting their collective foot in their collective mouth.
