we do both.
when there is something to give (or a cool vendor has stopped by) we
have give-a-ways...
when we have "hot-to-have" items, we raffle.
still...we are slowly moving away from the giveaway just to giveaway
scenario....
much of what we get is targeted material to a specific hobby-type
(film/video; digital photography; or accounting) that we were having a
regular situation where people would "win" and not use, need or want
the item
still...Apple Branded Swag always goes over with everyone well (when we
can get it).
