Thanks, Deborah. You're right, Apple manages the satellite downlink
and the MacWorld Expo staff have nothing to do with it.
Can the Apple folks here pass the word up the line that it would be good
to distribute the MacWorld Expo keynote satellite downlink details as soon
as possible.
The MacWorld Expo occurs very soon after the holidays and the usual
1-2 week notice for the downlink makes it difficult to book the satellite
video feeds and pass the information to the local user groups. Having
the info before the campus holiday shutdowns would make it easier
to get the word out.
