One way to make the task easier is to use drag and drop. If you drag a
folder into the terminal, then its pathname will write onto your
current line, regardless of how long or what characters are in the
name. You'll still need to type the "cd" part, but the rest is simple.
Another option would be to create an AppleScript that opens two or
three terminal windows and changes their current directories to the
folders you want. Something like "open Terminal, set directory, open
new window, set directory, open window, set directory"
