The initial pages (before completing the sign-up) on the UG site say

week". The page delivered after sign-up says "two weeks".
We've been waiting for about a month now, after our initial sign-up
yielded
no contact for about 4 months.
Thankfully there are lists like augd and augb which provide support
because it's been, what, 5 years since we signed up and *tumbleweed*...
