As ambassador--I was able to "win" a free account for our User Group,
not personal use.
Last year I took a "test" to get the free account, which then became
property of the User Group.
It was a bit of a snafu for us per we had already "loyally" bought the
account we had been using for a few years (earlier itools account)
..which we had to then switch over from, to the account we "won for
free".
Many folks experienced some confusion in accessing the "test" as
well, last year.
