Hey, Janice, how about today? I think any tips we can pass along to our
members from people who've learned something the hard way (sorry!) is a
valuable thing. I'd like to hear about what you learned about how this
happened and what PayPal's response was, in terms of whether they were
sluggish to respond, quick and helpful, that sort of thing. What advice did
PayPal give you for the future (or what did you decide for yourself, given
their explanation)? These sort of first-person accounts are great.
