Thanks, John, for clarifying my omission for Barbara and others. I would add
just this one thing to what John said, and that is that the Marketsource
people are not weekend only, at least if it's done everywhere like it is
where I live. They also put in a couple of hours each week on a weeknight,
usually of their choosing (although I think it's the same night each week).
They shouldn't be thought of as volunteers, say, from UGs, doing a few demo
days and such. They are paid and trained by Marketsource and are strictly
accountable to Marketsource for a number of things related to what they are
supposed to do.
Unfoortunately I think it's still hit-and-miss in the CUSA stores as to how
well the CUSA sales people are able to show Macs, so it's good to know that
the ones who want to get better at it are exposed each week to an expert
user who can work with them during idle times and who can help customers as
well.

Apple, nor is MarketSource a Division of Apple.
