If you are using an email program (We use Email Merge
http://www.sigsoftware.com/emailmerge/) it should send a single email to
each recipient. You could always BCC all of the subscribers so the names are
not visible as well.

you keep spammers from getting it.
We have our privacy policy posted on our site for review if you like at
http://www.tcmug.org/privacy.html and we specify the following:
3) The information we collect is used to improve the content of our Web page
and used to notify consumers about updates to our Web site. This information
is not shared with other organizations for commercial purposes. The TCMUG
will not rent, lease, sell or otherwise share any information that it
gathers of its membership.
We could share information with vendors only if we state so in our policy.
The vendors can provide us with information that they want distributed and
we can send it out to our members. As to spammers and email harvesting we do
not post our membership roster to the web site, only officers are on the
site.
Hope that answers you questions. If not or if you would like to discuss
further please contact me.
