Just to add to this thread, our MUG is located in Canada. Here in Ontario, one of the largest cable internet ISP is rogers.com. I have exchanged email with Rogers and have been told that their limit is 150 names in the BBC field. Currently, we mail to 120 "members & friends" at a time so we are OK for the moment. In future, we may have to send separate emails to members versus friends just to keep both lists below the magic 150 mark.

Thought I would contribute this in case other regional MUG's also use Rogers.
