Spammers lose in court
PW Marketing and owners Paul Willis and Claudia Griffin have been
ordered to pay $2 million in civil penalties for violating state
laws prohibiting unsolicited commercial e-mail, false advertising
and unfair business practices, according to California
Attorney General Bill Lockyer.
Give a round of cheers to the California Attorney General
and those who tracked these low-lifes down!
