Hi Michael,
Our group got a local ISP to host us by offering to advertise in our
newsletter for free and the owner came and made a pitch to us at one of our
meetings. Don9t know if that is feasible in your situation but it is worth a
try. Have you tried the Learn and Earn thing yet for a free .mac account?
