For a few years now, Apple has been offering User Group Ambassadors access
to their Apple Sales Training Online Program (ASTO). Some of you may
remember the program as Apple Learn and Earn. This is the same program
that allows you to gain a free . Mac account for your User Group or its
ambassador. It's a great program as the title of the program says it all.
I have found it a great resource in understanding new products or software
by going through the trainings and quizzes. It has definitely helped during
User Group meeting presentations to know the answer to questions being asked
by members.
I don't hear much discussion on this topic on the list so I was curious to
find out how many User Groups are taking advantage of this great program.
It would be great to hear from ambassadors who have achieved the Apple
Product Professional level in this program.
