I sure hope so... I was kind of tired of going to my local Apple Store
and just bought online but I went there just now (those iPod mini's are
slick) and it seems all the "poorly trained" employees were gone, I
enjoyed talking to the ones there today, and they seemed to know a
whole lot more.

Poor employee training and poor employees can happen in any business.
I'd like to think that this generalization is inaccurate and that,
where it isn't, the store managers will work to correct deficiencies
that come to their attention.
