I recently heard from a couple of leaders who were subscribed to the Apple
User Group Bulletin list, but hadn't received recent mailings.
I checked to see if there have been changes in the way the AUGB mailings are
sent, and learned that there have not been any changes on Apple's end.
However (as you're all no doubt well aware), many ISPs have been ratcheting
up their spam filtering in the last couple of months to the point where many
legitimate bulk mailings are also being screened out.
Some suggestions:
- Check your Junk folder, if your mail application has one. The mailings may
be getting shunted there.
- Try subscribing from another account, if you have access to one. When my
RoadRunner account started giving me headaches, I subscribed from my .Mac
account, which has proved to be more reliable.
- Check with your ISP to see if mail from Apple is being blocked, and if so,
have it unblocked. (I found that I also needed to do this for mail from
Yahoo, which my ISP was blocking as well).
- When in doubt, check the AUGB web and text archives for current and past
issues:

Hope this helps,
