As I pointed out at User Group University during the .Mac demo, Apple Sales
Web is the worst website I have ever seen/used as far as accessibility (and
design somewhat too). You may have to e-mail them and have them reset your
password. Then you will be dumped into a update your info area (like the
original sign-up that you probably can9t get out of). Just wait patiently
for 2-7 days for a reply, log in with your new password, go to the update
area and if you are lucky you may get in.
Search for the .Mac Test and take it, order your free copy of Panther and a
matching mousepad or two, and don9t try and order any Apple Branded goodies
- not there, (I was going to do some as late X-mas gifts but they are gone,
I think).
One more thing, say a prayer and hope that one day Apple redesigns the site,
it is truly an embarrassment to a company who9s computers are supposed to be
user friendly and easy to use.
Just my two pennies, your mileage may vary.
