Thanks for the suggestion, Lorene. Here's an expanded repost about problems
receiving the Bulletin:
The Apple User Group Bulletin is sent to AUGB list subscribers each month on
or close to the 15th day of the month. This month's Bulletin was sent on
March 15.
As you're all no doubt well aware, many ISPs have been ratcheting up their
spam filtering to the point where many legitimate bulk mailings are also
being screened out.
Some suggestions:
- Check your Junk folder, if your mail application has one. The mailings may
be getting shunted there.
- Try subscribing from another account, if you have access to one. When my
RoadRunner account started giving me headaches, I subscribed from my .Mac
account, which has proved to be more reliable.
- Check with your ISP to see if mail from Apple is being blocked, and if so,
have it unblocked. (I found that I also needed to do this for mail from
Yahoo, which my ISP was blocking as well).
- When in doubt, check the AUGB web and text archives for current and past
issues:

Hope this helps,
Elsa
