Hi Lynette,
The easiest way to find your way out of a black hole (and get someone
else helping with the case) is to get in touch w/ your Regional Liaison
for the Apple User Group Program. (If you're not sure who it is, check
the list here to find them:
http://www.apple.com/usergroups/contact/liaisons/)
They've got the resources to be able to help you escape the apparent
black holes that sometimes seem to happen (although no one likes to see
them happen).

I'm the registered Ambassador for TMUG.
I've taken the salestraining online course (last week) for "dot Mac"
and have tested with a score greater than 80%.
Relogging in to the online training site welcomes me with "Welcome,
Sterett Prevost. You currently have 1,144 points. You need 1,856
points to reach Silver." This is correct and includes the points for
the dot Mac test.
Can anyone help?
