I will have been running nimug for 6 years this summer and, frankly, I
have no intentions of stepping down. I have the most interest in seeing
it work and I'm also the person that does 99% of the work for it.
I find, certainly that getting unpaid staff is tough and frankly my
standards are sufficiently high that I've been impatient with progress
on some things (well, how long does it take to review something????)
Then again, we're a user group, not a committee, not a
constitution-bound organisation. I'm a benevolent dictator, not a
chairperson.
