Not to be rude or anything, but my suggestion is that you find a more
appropriate place to ask such a question. The AUGD list is "a place for
Apple user group leaders to exchange ideas and discuss topics related
to Apple user groups."
If you are a member of a user group, someone in your group may be able
to assist you or point you in the right direction. There are also many
resources on the web which are better suited to helping people resolve
specific Macintosh problems. To offer one such forum, you might try
registering with http://www.macfora.com and looking for assistance
there. Be prepared to provide more detail about your specific
circumstances.
