iTunes Affiliate Program and MUGs

Can a MUG join iTunes Affiliate Program so that iTunes/Apple pays MUGs the 5% commission ($04.95 per song)? I figure that if we are supporting Apple, this is one way of them supporting us, true? A win/win for all, eh?
If yes, how does a MUG join the program?
