Actually, Jim is correct in his second letter. The MUG Center re-posts the UGAB offers from Apple's Bulletin, but it is a privately run web site. It is a wonderful user group resource, but has no relationship with Apple's Board or offers, other than being a subscriber to the Bulletin and re-posting/mailing the information the Bulletin contains.
UGAB's site posts the offers as soon as they are available. It also has a list of Regional Contacts and other helpful information. Just what Jim was originally asking for
