To successfully force MSN, AOL, Yahoo, Google, EarthLink,
Comcast and Verizon to block all frequent spamming IP
address blocks from their networks and force validation
of all their subscribers.
(This would effectively spell the beginning of the end of spam)

The ability to file a successful injunction against ICANN
