My son ran the keychain repair and it found no problems. Deleted a couple of certificates in keychain that didn't relate to anything that I do. The problem goes away but the cookie still recreates itself again it's a step in the right direction thanks to you all!!!!!!!

That cookie is supposed to be there if you're an eBay user. Don't worry about it.
