Doing a search on the Apple List Archive revealed this topic was
discussed
on November 1, 2003. Looks like Rick Curran of CoastalMac.com and
Chris
Wronski of MacUsersOnline.com both had a keynote regarding this.
Hope this
helps.
It is mine. I made it available to all MUGs a while back for them
to use. That was back when Keynote was new and I wanted to see what
it would do.

For those of us how haven't seen the original file, would it be
possible to have it posted some where so we can grab a copy?
BTW: people may also be interested in checking out the teaser for my
"Twenty Mac Years" presentation at <http://www.nicholaspyers.com/
twentymacyears/>. Unfortunately, the actual keynote file used to do
the presentations is over 2GB in size, so it is a little impractical
to distribute :(
