Insulting?
Take a step back, Gilberto, who's insulting whom? I think you need to
chill out and relax.
So just because these two people didnt demo it in person it didn't
happen?
I didn't say that. [1]
A video demo belies the difficulty of the hack. Do you seriously
think this hack will be waiting in every internet cafe a week after
BlackHat for a Mac to arrive?
It is serious, but it's NOT something that is specifically aimed at
the Mac.
You are obviously mis-informed of some things and you have no idea
how important this is. The reason they dont demo it in person is
not to encourage the leak of how they did it specifically, so there
are no exploits running aloof. that is why they show the necesary
information on a Video.
The reason they stated they did not perform it in person was because
they feared someone would attempt to circumvent the live hack. That's
in the article if you read it.
You ought to thank them for doing that for you and all others...
If you want to go down on a surgical discussion of this let me know.
I am appreciative of their efforts.
I dislike hype, on the other hand. The "hack" has been surrounded by
hype that it's all about "smug mac users" in order to get a headline.
THAT's the part I have issues with.

[1] but thanks for the straw man argument.
